7 Day Total Body Cleanse

Rapid Cleanse stimulates the body’s 7 channels of elimination to enhance the normal process of detoxification (processing the body’s toxins, free radicals, and pollutants) and cleansing (eliminating these substances through the bowel, urinary tract, and skin).

Rapid Cleanse is a 3 part cleanse. Part 1 and 3 are a combination of herbs, minerals, and amino acids contained in vegetable capsules. Part 2 is a powdered fibre supplement from acacia fibre.

Rapid Cleanse Part 1 works by directly stimulating the organs, thereby enhancing the detoxification process of the body. It contains herbs, such as milk thistle, dandelion, and turmeric, which stimulate the liver’s production of bile. The liver transfers toxins into the bile, which is then carried into the small intestine where it is absorbed by fibre and brought to the colon for elimination. Part 1 also contains the diuretic herb artichoke. This allows the body to release more water from the blood, thereby increasing the volume of urine excreted. Rapid Cleanse Part 1 also contains herbs that stimulate elimination of toxins through the skin and the lungs, as well as cleansing the blood and stimulating the lymphatic system.

Rapid Cleanse Part 2 is a fibre supplement containing acacia fibre. Normally, Renew Life recommends a balanced blend of soluble to insoluble fibre (FibreSMART). However, due to the significant impact this product has on the liver, it is important to supplement with a fully soluble fibre. Acacia fibre is a soluble fibre that absorbs toxins for removal from the body. This is extremely important as unabsorbed toxins can be recirculated back into the body.

Rapid Cleanse Part 3 enhances elimination from the colon. It contains magnesium hydroxide which helps to regulate water into the bowel. Most people become constipated because they are dehydrated. When the colon is fully hydrated, elimination can occur more easily, without the need of harsh laxatives. Part 3 also contains the herbs cape aloe, rhubarb, and triphala which stimulate peristalsis (contraction of the colon). Once the colon has been hydrated and peristalsis has been properly stimulated, elimination can be achieved at a normal level (2-3 times per day).

It is recommended that you cleanse 2-4 times per year as we live in a toxic world with chemicals from factories, trucks, and pesticides. Since we are constantly inhaling and ingesting toxins, it is better to remove them regularly, rather than to have them build up and lead to health problems.

Directions for use:
Take 2 capsules of Rapid Cleanse 1 in the morning with a meal providing protein.
Take 1 level scoop of Rapid Cleanse 2 mixed in water or juice (do not mix with carbonated beverages) in the morning and in the evening.
Take 2 capsules of Rapid Cleanse 3 in the evening on an empty stomach (3 hours after eating).

Please ensure that you drink plenty of water while using Rapid Cleanse (8-10 glasses). Water helps with cleansing and keeps the body hydrated.

PLEASE NOTE: 7 day cleanses are effective and are useful if you are struggling to find the time for a longer program. However, to achieve the full benefits of cleansing and detoxification, it is recommended you perform a 30 day cleanse 2 to 4 times per year (CleanseSMART).

Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, if you are taking antiplatelet medication, or blood thinners, if you have cystinuria, if you are taking nitroglycerin or antibiotics. Consult a health care practitioner if constipation persists after one week of use, if you have difficulty swallowing, if you experience chest pain, or vomiting, if you are taking medication which inhibits peristaltic movements, or if you currently have abdominal pain, nausea, or fever. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder, are taking heart medications, or have fecal impaction.

Do not use if you have abdominal pain of unknown origin, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, or chronic gastrointestinal disorder, abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, liver or gall bladder disorder or a bile duct or bowel obstruction, inflammatory colon disease, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, are taking licorice root, thiazide or diuretics, corticosteroids or drugs that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.

Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, the Apiaceae/Carrot family or anethole. Hypersensitivity is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.

Do not take within 2 hours of another medicine. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating. Fibre usually has a positive effect on blood sugar levels. If you have Diabetes mellitus, consult a health care practitioner. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.

Do not exceed recommended dose or use prior to or after recent surgery. Discontinue use if abdominal cramps, spasms, severe diarrhea, and/or pain occur. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children
