Our Lowest Price Guarantee

At Supplements Canada we do our best to give our customers the absolute lowest prices. In the rare occurrence that a lower price is found, we are committed to beating it. Simply mention in the comment box at the checkout screen the product, price and the retailer at the time of purchase. Once we verify the lower product price, we will beat the price. We will not price match after the order has been shipped. Expired and short-dated items do not qualify. The product must be in-stock. The advertised product must be of the same brand, size and flavour. Advertised prices must be from a Canadian web site. Supplements Canada does not price match walk-in retailers. A checkout coupon code/volume discounts cannot be applied to an order with a price matched product(s). All orders placed on our web site are final.

RETURNING PRODUCTS & ORDER DISCREPANCY

If you would like to return a product, an order, or have an order discrepancy please ship it to our SupplementsCanada.com Central Customer Service Centre. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, however we will gladly refund your original shipping cost to you if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective, or it is due to an order discrepancy (wrong product, wrong flavor, etc). If you are shipping a product back to our company due to our error and require a new product sent back to you we will also pay for these additional shipping charges. All FREE promotional items (t-shirts, shaker cups, samples, etc) must be returned if an original order is sent back for a full refund. Full refunds may not be granted if these promotional items are not returned. Please contact our SupplementsCanada.com Customer Service Centre by email at returns@supplementscanada.com to approve sending back your return.

PURCHASING BY MINORS

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

MISPRINTS

Occasionally misprints occur on, printed material, email promotions and on our web site pages. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honour the mistake. Supplements Canada has the right to refuse any order or offer.

RESALE POLICY

All products purchased from SupplementsCanada.com are for personal use only and cannot be resold.

BACKORDERS

In the event that one of your items is out of stock after your order has been processed, we do not delay the rest of your order. Your order is shipped immediately. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive, free of charge. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock. We never substitute an alternate flavour, brand, or product. Back orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days. Any backorders longer than 10 business days, we will contact you for alternative arrangements or E.T.A.

SALES TAX

Orders delivered to all Provinces are subject to 5% GST with the exception of B.C., Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Nova Scotia that have HST applied.

COUPON CODES

Coupon Codes allow our customers to take advantage of our exclusive promotions, discounts or freebies. When placing an order online, ONLY 1 coupon code can be used per order and must be entered at the second last page of the checkout process. The subtotal of your order must exceed $20 before it can be applied to your order.

For phone orders, please mention the coupon code of your choice to one of our friendly sales reps to ensure it has been applied to your order if any coupon codes are available and active at time of ordering.
